January – July events will be held at Glen Allen Church of Christ, 11064 Staples Mill Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060.   Our August event is our Fun Day at the Roslyn Conference Center.   Pre-registration required for each event.

The Parent Child Advocate (PCA) Program provides free sign language training to hearing parents of children with hearing loss, and advocates of those children.  PCA also assist with providing counseling services, as well as coordinating access to available resources. Join us for learning and fun activities for the whole family, along with opportunities to make new friends!

Sensory Friendly Movies

Lights are Up, Sound is Down, and You are Totally Free to Move Around!

Is it too dark for you or your child? Is it hard to remain seated for a long time? Is the sound too loud at the movie theaters? Paragon Theaters Sensory Friendly Program provides a sensory friendly environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder or anyone for whom the environment is suitable and their families to view new release films in theatres across the country. These screenings are presented in a lights up, sound down environment.
