VDOE designated Caroline County Public Schools with the highest rating.

The Virginia Department of Education is required to make determinations for each school division’s performance on regulations for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA 2004).  Through the results driven accountability process, school divisions are rated on a scale of 1-4 for special education compliance and results.  On August 20, 2019, VDOE designated Caroline County Public Schools with the highest rating.

Congratulations to the special education staff and students on a job well done!
